We recruit employees for pkt.pl trading posts in several stages:
Stage 1
Preliminary phone call – if you are selected from among the candidates, we will call you and discuss your motivation and expectations. We want to learn more about your successes and your merits. The conversation may result in your being invited to take part in a recruitment session with pkt.pl.
Stage 2
Assessment Centre – in order to learn more about your skills, we will ask you to take part in two tasks. After we have verified your skills in practice, a conversation will follow.
Stage 3
Competence interview – we wish to gather more information about you during this meeting and learn about your capability for working on the position for which you are applying. We will acquaint you with the company, our values, and approach to customer service, as well as our employment terms and conditions.

Every Customer Service Consultant undergoes preliminary training concerning our approach to sales before commencing his or her work. Lectures and practical classes make it easier to learn more about pkt.pl, the products it offers, and its sales process.
